Do you know that the wealthiest people in the world found success at various ages and became Billionaires? Today we will share with you the five great people and the age of them when they became Billionaires.

1. Mark Zuckerberg, Billionaire at age 23:

Mark Zuckerberg created and launched Facebook, the social networking site in his Harvard dorm room in 2004. The Facebook Co-Founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg became a Millionaire at age 22. It didn’t take too long for Mark Zuckerberg to make the leap from self-made Millionaire to Billionaire. That happened because of Facebook’s debut on the New York Stock Exchange as the biggest tech IPO in history. So, at the age of 23, Facebook’s IPO made Zuckerberg the world’s youngest self-made Billionaire in history.

Note: The title of the youngest self-made Billionaire is now held by Kylie Jenner, who achieved this mark at the age of 21, a few days back.

2. Bill Gates, Billionaire at age 31:

Bill Gates is best known as the principal founder of Microsoft Corporation. In 1975, Bill Gates and Paul Allen launched Microsoft, which became the world’s largest PC software company. At the age of 26, Bill Gates became a self-made Millionaire, thanks to Microsoft’s IPO. The value in his shares surpassed $1 Billion by the time he was 31, making him the youngest Billionaire ever at the time. Today, Bill Gates is the second richest man in the world.

3. J. K. Rowling, Billionaire at age 38:

J. K. Rowling is best known for writing the Harry Potter fantasy series. J. K. Rowling has lived rags to riches life story, in which she progressed from living on state benefits to being the world’s first Billionaire author. Rowling became a Billionaire at age 38. She lost her Billionaire status after giving away much of her earnings to charity but remains one of the wealthiest people in the world.

4. Elon Musk, Billionaire at age 41:

Elon Musk is the Founder as well as CEO of many top companies that includes SpaceX, Tesla Motors, PayPal, etc. Elon Musk reached the self-made Millionaire status at age 27 in 1999, when he sold a web-software company for over $300 million. By age 41, Elon Musk’s net worth had surpassed $1 Billion. Thus, he became a Billionaire at age 41.

5. Warren Buffet, Billionaire at age 56:

Warren Buffet is the Founder and CEO of the Berkshire Hathaway, the multinational conglomerate holding company. Warren Buffet is one of the most successful investors in the world. He is known to be the investing legend. He became a Millionaire at age 30 in 1960. Warren Buffet reached a self-made Billionaire status by age 56. He is currently the third richest man in the world.
